ZEPPEL.co.uk is committed to keeping your custom. So if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us within 14 days and we'll exchange the item or refund the purchase price to your account. We'll also refund the delivery charge if the return is due to a faulty product or an error on our part. For items received damaged please notify us within 7 days of receipt. 
 
If the items you have ordered arrive separately, the 14 day return period for each item starts when you receive that item. For a full refund, goods must be returned, with all packaging, in their original unused condition. 
 
Returning Unused Items By Post

Quote your order name, reference number, item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
Package the return securely in the original packaging, and include any paperwork. Packages must be returned pre-paid, and for your protection, we recommend that you use Royal Mail. The cost of returning items is your responsibility.

Most problems can be resolved without the product being returned to us but should we request the product be returned, please follow the guide below.
Products over 28 days will either be repaired or replaced. Should the same item not be available you will be able to select a product to the same value. Products below 28 days can either be repaired, replaced or refunded.
